Facilitator Tip – Scoring Practice

We push practice in writing implications as a critical way to develop your Implications Wheel skills as facilitators.  But scoring implications is also excellent practice.  Because you’re going to be scoring implications from a particular point of view (and likely something different from your own personal/professional point of view), you have to be able to understand the implication to score it.  I’ve scored almost 400 implications in the last few days (and 1000’s in the last few years).  I find the faster I can score an implication, the clearer the implication is (more specific).  If I hesitate in scoring, it’s often due to some lack of clarity on the implication.
